The Society of Minority Managers is designed to serve the broad educational needs of minority students of the Daniels School of Business by:

1. Establishing lines of communication between minority business students, business professionals, and the business employment market

2. Promoting professional and academic excellence among minority business students

3. Assisting the Daniels School of Business in the recruitment of minority students
