Ultimate Frisbee Club (Women's)
About
Welcome to Purdue Women's Ultimate!
We are a university-recognized club sport that:
1) practices as a team to learn the sport of ultimate frisbee
2) travels to weekend-long tournaments in local cities to compete against women's teams from other colleges.
We hold some fun traditions in order to encourage great sportsmanship. For example, the MVP of a game flaunts a pair of bright, rainbow shorts during the next game. We also honor the best SOD (spirit, offense, defense) players and the entire team munches on delectable desserts after every tournament.
Outside of practices and games, we build chemistry by hosting team bonding events. Our members enjoy outdoor cookouts, Ultimate watch parties, and an annual donut eating contest.
We are always looking for new people to join our team, and no previous Ultimate Frisbee experience is necessary. The majority of our members learned how to play Ultimate Frisbee by joining the Women's Club Ultimate team at Purdue.
