About
The purpose of this organization is to provide training and instruction in the martial art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
- Open to all students of all experience levels
- Wear gym shorts/leggings and moisture wicking t-shirt/rashguard (both without pockets)
- Trim your nails and practice good hygiene
- Do not wear any jewelry (e.g. rings, necklaces, watches etc.)
- We do not take attendance. Nevertheless, the more you train the better you get. It is your personal decision.
If you are interested in the club just show up ready to train and with a good attitude. Make sure to tell the instructor that you are new to the club. We understand that some might end class late so we have tolerance for being reasonably late.

Schedule for Fall 2024: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 5 - 7pm, Comp. practice Sunday, 5 -7pm
