Purdue Student National Art Education Association

The Purdue  Chapter of the Student National Art Education Association is a professional education organization for art education majors. The PSNAEA is committed to preparing students for the pofession of art education. The purposes for PSNAEA are:

• To provide a smooth transition from art teaching preparation program to professional practice.
• To raise and maintain the standars of art education on campus in the community.
• To learn more about teaching art
• To sponsor service projects such as exhibits, field trips, and speakers.
• To promote a change of ideas in art education.
• To enlist future teachers from high school and promote both art education and other areas of art as a career.

Our goal is to help members become outstanding art teachers and to provide quality art education to all learners.
