Hilltop Council

Hilltop Council is the student-led self-governing body of Hilltop Apartments. Hilltop Council is dedicated to ensuring that residents feel secure and accepted by creating a living environment that is conducive to scholastic excellence and social success, providing opportunities for personal growth and development, and fostering a strong sense of unity, loyalty, and achievement throughout the community.
