The Hawkins Council shall foster a sense of wellness among residents, supporting their physical, emotional, social, intellectual, and occupational growth. It will cultivate responsibility and pride within the hall, encourage participation in social events, promote academic achievement, and offer leadership opportunities and the chance for self-governance.
