BoilerMake is a 36-hour Hackathon which will be hosted in the France A. Córdova Recreational Sports Center from February 7-9. A Hackathon is an event where students come together for a set amount of time to develop their software or hardware ideas and compete against each other to win prizes. The event will receive the majority of its funding through sponsorship via technology companies and startups across the nation. The BoilerMake team is made up people from the Computer Science Undergraduate Student Board (USB), Association of Computing Machinery (ACM), and the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Club. We are planning on providing bus transportation services to transport students from colleges across the Midwest to and from the event. The event will work directly with Conference Services to handle contracts, financial services, facility operations, and transportation arrangements.
